2021 ALLUVIA

Canard Vineyard’s flagship Cabernet Sauvignon, is finally ready to be shared. This is a wine born from a rare confluence of perfect soil,  mature vines, and meticulous vineyard stewardship. Produced from one of the lowest yielding vintages in our history, only a handful of clusters were selected from just five rows of grapes that grow in a small alluvial fan that dips into the top of our Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard.  We produced a mere 1152 bottles, a testament to the vineyard’s unique geology and a dedication to quality over quantity. 

The 2021 ALLUVIA is deep, powerful, and elegantly structured. Dark fruit aromas of cassis, black cherry, and ripe plum that are layered with subtle graphite, cedar, and sage. On the palate, the wine is concentrated yet refined, with velvety tannins and a finish that stretches for minutes. Every sip reflects the intensity, balance, and finesse that only a vineyard of this age and terroir can produce.

Each bottle of ALLUVIA is numbered and individually crafted, making it not just a wine, but a collectible piece of Napa Valley history.
