2021 Adam's Blend

The 2021 Adam's Blend Cabernet Franc is a refined homage to our winemakers training on the Right Bank in Bordeaux. This Cabernet Franc dominant blend features a complex bouquet of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and subtle spice. A touch of Merlot gives it great mouthfeel and a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon gives it some backbone.  Aged for 19 months in new and neutral French oak, it balances rich fruit with earthy undertones and elegant tannins. The wine’s structure and finesse showcase Canard's distinctive terroir, offering a sophisticated and harmonious profile with a long, nuanced finish.
