2021 The Resurgence Cabernet Sauvignon

Our inspiration for this bottle came out of the fires that have consumed the California wine region over the last few years. We lost all of our Napa Valley estate wines in the Glass Fire. This represents the unwavering resolve of the farmers, vintners and winemakers who continue to produce great wine in the face of adversity.  It is not a Phoenix, but a Duck rising from the ashes. After all, we are Canard Vineyard. We dedicate this wine to all of those who have been dealt a hardship beyond their control and have emerged stronger. Each year we will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this wine to members of the hospitality industry who have been hit hard in recent years yet work tirelessly to quench out thirst and to feed our souls.  100% Cabernet Sauvigon from a single vineyard in Paso Robles, CA.
