2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
Dry framing create intensely concentrated fruit with more complexity, richness and character than an irrigated grape. However very few vineyards in Napa still use these traditional methods today due to the low yield. It takes great sacrifice to make great wine. On the nose hints of black cherry, sage, elderflower and red raspberry. The aromas lead to a soft entry with hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and red currents. Gentile tannins give the single vineyard wine great structure and create an accessible yet age worthy wine. Cellar for 15+ years.
